Paper Windows USA was a California pottery company that made unique handmade shabby chic dishes and custom pieces for fine gift stores in the 1980's. We had a gift store and this was a display sample. Paper Windows specialized in Ribboned Platters, Tea Pots, Mugs, Pitchers and Vases but also did Custom Baby Items.
