This stunning American sterling antique napkin ring is the creation of the Woodside Sterling Company of New York City. This company was very innovative in their designs and this art nouveau design is an outstanding example. The ring is truly representative of the Art Nouveau Period. It has a diameter of 1.75 inches and a width of 1.5 inches. The ring weighs 51.2 grams (1.8 ounces) and is in outstanding condition. Inside is the Woodside mark (a "W" inside a circle), the word sterling, and a pattern number. If you like art nouveau, you will appreciate this napkin ring.
