Antique Sterling Silver Napkin Ring, Ornate "E" Monogram

Description

Antique Sterling Silver Napkin Ring.  Hallmarked "Sterling".  Based on the simple "Sterling" hallmark, it is most likely American or Canadian made.  There is an ornate monogram on one side, appears to read "E".  Across the open ends measures approx. 1-3/4" in diameter.  Width is approx. 1-1/4".  Weight is approx. 19 grams.  This item is used and in excellent condition considering age (approx. 100+ years old).  There is typical light signs of use.  It also has some tarnish and could a good polish and buff.  I have noted a few small subtle dings.  Only dents of note are a short (1/4") subtle line dent on one side with a tiny ding above that.  Please see photos for more details.
