You are buying a metal advertising plate used to advertise Ballentines Ace Beer. The metal piece measures about 4" x 1 3/4"  and is in very good used condition. From the 1950's. From the collection of the owner of a large liquor store in Dallas, Texas. These plates were used in print ads to illustrate the product being offered for sale. The item shows a negative view, so that when inked and pressed on the paper, the view becomes a positive one. Both views are shown. The scan is much darker than the actual item.
