6L6 Power Tube
Paired with an ECC83 preamp tube, the Studio 10 6L6 features a single 6L6 power tube. Commonly associated with American rock 'n' roll, the 6L6 is known for it's punchy lows, tight mids and chimey highs. These tubes don't break up very easily, but when they do, players can expect some nice, thick overdrive.
Built-In Overdrive Circuit
The Studio 10 6L6 features a built-in overdrive circuit, based on Blackstar's renowned HT-Drive pedal, that will take your lead tone from dynamic crunch to smooth, singing overdrive. A simplified EQ section makes it easy to shape your tone and find your sound. Use the gain and tone knobs to find that sweet spot.
Player-Friendly Features
The Blackstar Studio 10 6L6 hosts a handful of features that modern musicians are sure to find extremely useful. On the back of the amp is an emulated output/headphone jack, perfect for practice and recording. A series effects loop, with a level switch, is sure to please pedalheads.
