I just purchased this antique Child's / "Baby" Feeding Dish from a local estate here in Central Virginia. The piece bears the "DF CZECHOSLOVAKIA" mark used by Erste (böhmische) Porzellan-Industrie-A.G. The plate has a charming Art Deco inspired design featuring a stork holding a baby, and two young girls aghast at three ducklings pecking at their doll. The graphic shows bright color and fine detail throughout. The border has a lemon yellow wash which does show some light wear (pictured). The piece measures 7" in diameter and 1 ¾" deep. We bowl is in very good condition with no damage. This 1930's / 1940's feeding dish would make a fun addition to your collection of vintage china Baby dishes or Art Deco china.
