Harker Pottery ROCAILLE Engobe Tan Dinner Plate/s
We are pleased to offer this lovely dinner plate in the ROCAILLE pattern manufactured by the Harker Pottery Company of East Liverpool, Ohio. This pattern features white flowers on a tan background. This dinner plate measures 10-1/8" in diameter. The backstamp reads: "Ovenproof Harkerware Since 1840 Dish Washer Proof U.S.A". This mark is referred to as the" Square Cartouche" and was used by Harker around 1955 to 1960. Their cameo line of dinnerware was and still is very popular with collectors today.
One plate may have a craze line; another may have a tiny pin hole (extremely minor); otherwise it is in excellent condition with no chips, nicks, or cracks. Just a lovely piece of Rocaille China that you are sure to want to add to your vintage Harker Pottery Collection.
