It's folding windshield with hinge as shown in pictures.
Quick & Easy access to tool box when bottom windshield is folded up.
Lower windshield can be installed folded up or down.
In either position
it has to be locked with the provided thumbnuts. Failure to properly lock the windshield may result in breakage of the hinge.
Windshield is made with clear 1/4'' polycarbonate Lexan to provide maximum durability
Velcro clamps are easy to use
All screws are made with no rust stainless steel hardware
