John F Kennedy Signed with COA from Non Standard Authenticator.
This is clipped piece of paper with a signature purported to be John F Kennedy. It is a real hand signed paper.
Ink and Paper seam consistant from early 60's. The COA states vellum, it is just plain paper.  Purchased by me on EBAY in 1998.
It came with COA from Rookie King and signed by owner. Several years after purchase I found Rookie King warranty and have included a printing I found online. John Kennedy is difficult to authenticate and quite expensive with the noted 3rd Party authenticators. Currently its about 150.00 to get it authenticated plus all the shipping and insurance. I am not enitirely sure this genuine or not.  I will not state.  I will leave that up to you the potential buyer.
I found in 2002 a copy of Rookie Kings warranty.  I have included copy of that.
I do know that PSA does have a quick opinion for approx 10.00.  You can utilize that.
I know its not an auto pen, and it is not similar to any Secretarial signatures I have looked at.  Including Charles Hamilton's The Robot Who Helped Make a President.
