    Description

    This listing is for a Kanex KTU10 USB3/eSata adapter.  I personally used this device for my mid 2011 imac (w/o USB3 ports).  Adding this unit to the otherwise unused Thunderbolt 1 port (looks like the old display port adapter) on the back of the machine allowed USB3 transport speeds.  Thunderbolt accersories are rare and expensive, so this adapter allowed me to transfer video files at a reasonable speed.
