HDMI 2 output: 4K or 2K @ 30Hz
Warning: HDMI will be 4k or 2K @
30Hz
(instead of 60Hz) if both HDMI ports are used simultaneously.

Windows: Supports Mirror, Split mode, and Extended for two additional, separate monitors.
Mac: Supports Mirror mode and Extended for one additional monitor (you can technically hook up two, but they will only display the same image).
Cosmetic Condition:
Adapter is new in box. Please notice however that
the box has a layer torn off
from where the new guy removed a label that didn't need to be removed. The box also has wear from storage. The adapter you receive may or may not also have inventory stickers on them.
