2 Stage Zero Gravity
This Zero Gravity position will be able to provide a much deeper tissue massage. When reclined in this position, the pressure is relieved off of the back enhancing the massage experience. Located on the outer shoulders are air bags designed to compress and apply an inward squeezing pressure using air massage technology..  The maximum shoulder width is 17 inches.
On the outer part of the head pillow are 2 air bags which inflate creating a squeeze like feeling along the back of the neck. This soothing feature will loosen neck tension and compliments the roller massage.

RETURNS:
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on products purchased from eBay (starting from the date on the invoice). Simply return the item in its original packaging in the same condition you received it in, along with the completed return form and the original, dated receipt, for a refund of the product price, less shipping and a 15% restocking fee (fee can be waived for some exchanges – see below. If the item had free shipping, the actual shipping charges will be deducted prior to refunding. Shipping is a service and not refundable for any order. For hygienic reasons, Therabath products, paraffin, pillows, mattresses, airbeds, electrodes and covers can only be returned if they are unopened. All sales have to be completed/paid for within 7 days of purchase.
EXCHANGES: When returning an item (see above), you may convert the restocking fee into a store credit to be used to purchase an item of equal or greater value. Please note that the original shipping on the returned item is still not refundable for a store credit.

WARRANTY INFORMATION:
Showroom/Used Osaki Massage Chairs include a One Year In-Home Parts and Labor Warranty.  New Osaki massage chairs come with a 3/2/1 Limited warranty against mechanical defects (cosmetics are not covered). New Osaki Massage Chairs have a 3 year structural warranty, 2 year parts warranty and a one year in home service warranty (Continental USA only).  The one year In-Home warranty covers all parts and labor.  Years 1-2 cover the parts only.  The warranty is not valid if the product has been misused or damaged in any way that is beyond the control of the manufacturer.  For remote and island addresses the warranty is for parts only.  Hawaii and Puerto Rico will only have a parts warranty.  There are no In-Home Service Technicians for Osaki in these remote locations.  Chairs are packed for shipping and require only very minor assembly. 2 and
5 Year Extended In-Home Parts and Labor Warranties are also available in the continental USA for these chairs.
