Using FEDEX for delivery is the most convenient and efficient way for us to send massage chairs to you. Other sellers use cheap delivery sercives but When buying from us the only thing you need to do is sign your name on the delivery slip and experience our product!
Note:
1. We ship our products by FedEx so delivery is fast and convenient for our customers.However,please be aware that is some situations the FedEx may only bring the chair to the downstairs entrance of a buliding.The customer may need to move the chair upstairs on their own.
2. Our chair is delivered in two boxes. One contains the main unit and one contains the armrests.Please contact us if you do not receive both boxes.Be aware that sometimes the boxes are delivered separately.If you have received only one box the second should arrive the following aday.
3. Before using your new chair you simply install the chair with the tools provided.An instructional video demonstrating chair assembly is available on request
