RETURNS:
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on products purchased from eBay (starting from the date on the invoice). Simply return the item in its original packaging in the same condition you recieved it in, along with the completed return form and the original, dated receipt, for a refund of the product price, less shipping and a 15% restocking fee (fee can be waived for some exchanges – see below. If the item had free shipping, the actual shipping charges will be deducted prior to refunding. Shipping is a service and not refundable for any order. For hygienic reasons, Therabath products, paraffin, pillows, mattresses, airbeds, electrodes and covers can only be returned if they are unopened. All sales have to be completed/paid for within 7 days of purchase.
EXCHANGES: When returning an item (see above), you may convert the restocking fee into a store credit to be used to purchase an item of equal or greater value. Please note that the original shipping on the returned item is still not refundable for a store credit.
PAYMENTS: If using PAYPAL we can only ship to the address listed on the PAYPAL payment. E-mails requesting us to ship to another address will not be received in time and the order will only be shipped to the address listed on the payment. For credit card payments we can only ship to an address listed on the credit card as a valid ship to address.
PICK UPS: If you would like to pick up the product, please let us know 24 hours in advance and pay for the item when you come in. We accept most major credit cards in our showroom. No third party pickups (having someone else pick up an item you paid for).
REFUSED SHIPMENTS: If an order is refused or returned because of an undeliverable address, we will refund the order less all shipping (two shipping fees are charged by the shipping company - one out to you and one back to us), any customs/duty fees for international customers and a 15% restocking fee.
*WARRANTY INFORMATION: New Fjords chairs include a 10 Year Parts Warranty Guarantee - Materials and production controls give you a 10 year parts guarantee on all steel structures and 5 years on foam, plastic parts and woodwork. All Fjords® products are traceable. A label under the armrests or beneath the piece of furniture will reveal when the product was made. For general enquiries regarding our products, we would ask you to kindly refer to this label. Some of our products have special guarantee provisions on parts of the product, which may differ from the general guarantee.  Add a 5 Year Parts and Labor Warranty for 9.
The warranty is not valid if the product has been misused or damaged in any way that is beyond the control of the manufacturer. The chair (or parts) will need to be returned to the manufacturer for service by technicians. Chairs are packed for shipping and require some assembly.
