Vintage 16" R & B Cloth/Vinyl Doll w/ Plastic Head EYES Look Up Curly Hair

Up for bid is a vintage R & B (Arranbee) doll, as marked with R & B on the back of her neck.  She measures 16" tall.  Her head is hard plastic and has a unique and different wig, so adorable.  Her eyes are what I would call bashful or shy eyes.  Or perhaps she has done something naughty and is giving you the puppy dog eyes.  When you look straight on to her face, the eyes are looking up, so if she is sitting in a chair, she will be.  When laid down, her blue eyes are looking straight.  Her face has several very light scratches and a few tiny scuff spots.  Her body is cloth, showing light stains.  There is one 3/4" tear on her belly.  The better part of her arms and legs are a softer vinyl, having a few marks.  Her dress is said to be original and does show typical aging, darker in some spots.  Underneath is her slip and panties.  Using my usual resources, I have not been able to identify a doll with this wig or type of eyes.  She is just so adorable and would be a great addition to any doll collection!
