I am pleased to offer for your consideration an eight piece vintage Harker Pottery Lovelace floral dessert set including matching cake serving plate, cake/pie server and six dessert plates with all pieces free of chips, cracks and repairs that appears to have been seldom used, if ever. All pieces have rich coloring on their smooth center pattern of a mixed floral and fruit arrangement tastefully displayed within a graceful basket; the seven plates have scalloped edge trimmed in 22 kt gold with no sign of wear on gold; I believe the plates have the rope edge details of the Royal Gadroon shape.
The dessert/cake serving plate measures approximately in diameter while the matching dessert plates measure approximately 6-1/4" in diameter; the cake/pie server measures approximately 9-1/4" in length. All may have
delightful imperfections from time of original manufacture adding to the individual personality and one-of-a-kind charm of each piece +/or the occasional mark from improper storage in a past life. Additionally the cake plate has an 1/8" imperfection underneath its glazing (next to its pear image) and one dessert plate has age-appropriate overall crazing and some mottling; all plates are stamped (in gold) AMBROSIA CHINA 22KT. GOLD Timeless. charming. Since this set is vintage, it is offered and sold "AS-IS" - please do not expect it to be pristine.
