Rare find I believe from the 30s. The reel feature a birdcage style spool. A round line guide, metal latch cover with a single clicker (Non adjustable drag).
Overall the unit is in great+++ and working condition. Please take a look each images so you can see and judge the condition on your end. Bakelite handle as well.
