Vintage/Antique Asian? Chinese? Double Handled Small Decorated Pot Bowl

Unfortunately I don’t know much about this item. Age and origin are unknown. I can’t tell what material it is made of. It looks like wood but feels like it could be pottery of some sort. It measures approximately 2” tall and 2.5” in diameter. Please review all photos closely for condition as they are considered part of the description.
