This vintage, made in Japan, Victorian styled brass, 3 hand clip desktop note holder measures 14 1/2" tall and the hands rotate around the pole but not up and down. It shows some wear due to age and handling, tarnishing of the brass so be sure to look at all the pictures and use the zoom and enlarge features to truly see what it looks like before purchasing.
